Montgomery Ward Credit Card Reviews
What's Your Rating?
This company is very disappointing, and to think, when I was growing up, my grandparents, my mom and dad, my aunts, uncles, and the rest of the family all shopped at the Montgomery Ward store. I remember getting my favorite coat from you guys when I was 10 years old. So, when I saw this Montgomery Ward offer, I thought, "Why not? This is a reputable company that my parents and everyone else shopped at," so I placed an order with you. I received my order and have been making my payments faithfully every month. When I saw another opportunity to order something from Montgomery Ward, I jumped on it, only to be taken advantage of.
I will not stop. The company was relentless in taking my money from my account, lied about me canceling the order, and still won't refund my money. Here it is, December 13th, and this issue started on December 2nd. I am now going to get Social Security involved and let them deal with you, as they are a government entity and will handle it. I am going to report this as a fraudulent charge and let them pursue your company since you refuse to refund my money. A very dissatisfied customer.
