I had a bad experience with this company. The credit department personnel is very arrogant and rude. I contacted the company on or around November 17, 2022. I made a new order and asked why they needed another credit check when I already had a credit account. They told me it didn't matter; this was their policy. The customer service in the credit department is not good. On the phone, other staff tells you different things. I do not recommend them to anybody. They're not consumer friendly.

I HAVE NEVER KNOWN A COMPANY MONTGOMERY WARD TO CHARGE LATE FEES TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND THESE LATE FEES SHOD HAVE BEEN APPLIED IN THE MONTH THAT IT WAS LATE . IT WAS STATED TO.ME THAT YOU HAVE LATE FEES FROM 2 /22 THAT HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO MY BILL FOR THE MONTH OF 4/22 I DONT UNDERSTAND THAT ??? THIS COMPANY IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEALWITH BECAUSE ITS NOT RIGHT TO DO PEOPLE THAT WAY THAT IS TRYING TO PAY YOU . !!! BUT TO ADD LATE FEES FROM 2 MONTHS AGO IS NOT RIGHT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN APPLIED TO THE BILL . SO WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR THEN ??? WEHEN YOU ADD LATE FEES FROM 2 MONTHS AGO ??? August i purchased a pair of earrings for my granddaughter n i we both love them. We both allergy to fake jewelry so.. there started me off with s credit line of $250 building my credits so I'm ok with it.

Prices are a little higher, and it does have a high interest rate, but if you are trying to rebuild your credit this is a good way to go instead of a secured credit card. They are very good at reporting your improvements to help build your score quickly.

My big beef is ONE-time use of a $100 credit line that must be spent on my first purchase or I must lose it altogether. Their price for all merchandise is so high in all ecatalogs they sent by email as well as print versions make the account worthless for me. To add more injury to that insult, I had to pay for postage to return a defective $24 *smart" light bulb that failed to work!
