Verified CustomerAfter being a loyal customer w/ a late payment and a good credit line, I was informed they cancelled my card w/o a word through Experian. I had heard they were closing but I NEVER cancel a card. I owed them nothing. Trans union took it up with them it was cleared up for you lose points.They finally sent me the letter regarding them cancelling cards but it was not handled well. Now they keep sending me e-mails to buy things & my card isn't valid they have another bank.

Verified CustomerPier One was a very good credit card to have. Very Good Company to deal with. We furnished our house with a lot of their merchandise and deck furniture too. Very sorry to see the company to go out like that.
