I was hit on 12-9-2022 I was making a left turn and got hit because of some fool being in a rush came from behind me and hit me while I was making the turn. He lied and told the police he was coming from from the opposite way. Insurance said neither party is at fault but they don’t want to pay my medical they offered me 7k for a 16k car that was total but was in mint condition. After agreeing on a settlement for vehicle I asked about my medical because him and I had the same insurance company they said their not paying medical so I’ve reached out to Georgia insurance bureau of investigation filled out my form and waiting for war. This taught me a very valuable lesson I will never buy another vehicle unless it’s cash and liability is all I need it’s pointless to have all theses high payments for years and when something happens these people don’t pay

Horrible company refuses to pay out but don’t mind taking your money! Do not use them they are a scam. Won’t send a copy of policy or pay for towing or provide rental car.

I was hit by one of their policy holders in early September the claim just closed in the middle of November I did all the footwork I had to get my own medical bills and medical reports from the ER because the adjuster was extremely slow and refused to just get the claim done and over with,definitely prolonged until I got tired of it and decided to do everything on my own! They had me upload pictures of the damages to my vehicle online and then cut me a check without having a real adjuster come out and look at the vehicle I ended up having to pay my own deductible with my own insurance company to go after them just so that they could pay what they were supposed to pay because they cut me a check for $2,000 less than what my damages were to actually fix the car.I had multiple calls to the supervisor and the slowest adjuster ever gave poor excuses barely responded to my emails it was a definite nightmare dealing with these people I was injured in the wreck and was definitely not at fault they had knowledge of that and still refused to pay me what I was owed I had to threaten them with the laws of my state after they tried to offer me a measly $800. After firm disagreement and threatening with a demand letter and threatening to get an attorney after all of that they finally gave me a number well over that amount that I was comfortable accepting. I do not have car insurance with this company and I pray to God that I'm never get hit by anybody else that is a policyholder of this company this experience was horrible

Deceptive supportive claims; they’re actually closed Saturdays but put on a shameful front to the contrary. Was on hold to their claims line 10/28/‘22 from 9am to 1pm. Kept up with that fiasco with family and friends until 1pm onwards when an automated message was initiated stating they’re now closed and to call back during business hours Referring agent manipulative too, gave me many contextual inferences to car rental inclusion and sadly they were misleading and contradictory. Resent these two in cahoots had no qualms charging me for all these months for non existent car rental clause. Advised of legal litigation after call to Office of Inspector General's main telephone at 615-687-7200 in Nashville.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU ARE SMART!! I put insurance on my car on-line, their app came up that I owed $307 for 6 months. So I paid it. Only after I paid it did it show up that it was not my car. So now I had to write another policy on the right car. They said that was $278 so I paid that too. I had to have insurance on my car. When I called them the next day to report what happened with their app, I was told that the bad policy would be cancelled and my money refunded. This would take 10-14 working days. So I waited. No refund came. So I called back today to be told that they had applied the overpayment to my good account. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 10-ck.14 WORKING DAYS to see if they send it back. I have requested that a supervisor call me and was assured they would. They didn't. If you are smart you will stay away from this company. Their on-line app is screwed up. They don't do what they say. And God forbid you try and get a refund of money they owe you. You will be ninety years old before you get your money back. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!

Probably the worst insurance I have ever worked with. They canceled my policy because my payment was a day late, which is illegal under Arizona law. They refuse to acknowledge the AZ insurance policies that they send me on a monthly basis- word for word “If your payment is not received by the Due Date, pursuant to Arizona law, a seven (7) day grace period will apply. If the payment due is not received by the end of the grace period, a cancellation notice will be sent and your policy will be cancelled following the grace period effective as of the date and time indicated in the cancellation notice.” I reinstated my policy because I need the insurance, but I have asked someone in management to get ahold of me but I have still never received a call. Fast forward a couple of months to now, I have a bill for over $350, which is over 2x my normal monthly payment. This policy has been a nightmare experience and has made my finances a much more stressful situation, and no one in the company cares to try and find me any answers. I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do. Once I hit the end of my policy I will be looking elsewhere.
