In 2018 I went with both my parents one in a wheelchair when they will walker just to open up an account for myself but I can give me money I was there five hours and the manager didn’t refuse my federal ID and my drivers license I had to go home leave my parents down get my passport birth certificate and Social Security card in order to open up an account there when I would draw they always ask. What are you going to use the money for and why are you taking out this amount they never ask where the money that you putting in his coming from but they’ll ask you why are you needing. Yes this happens in Parkchester in the Bronx
APPLE BANK is the worst bank ever. Their policies are bad. Their costumer service sucks. They would never do you any favor. They charge you for everything. Ridiculous hours of operation. I really can't find a good thing to say about them. I'm finally changing banks. It takes forever for a check to clear. When you make a deposit, you get back a slip that shows you when your money will be available, the money is available a day later from the date written on the slip. I asked them about it, and they said that the money becomes available at night. so really it is available the day it's written on the slip. For me this is called fraud, the money has to be ready on the date that is written on the slip not that night when the banks and stores are closed.
