1 star is a gift! They dt deserve half of a star! Zero stars would be a closer representation of the value of the services they provide....they are HORRIBLE! AWUL! i can think of some other adjectives but I am going to keep this rating PG.
I was injured at work and was told by my employer that they had opened a workers comp case....then a month goes by before I even speak to my claims examiner. And this was only after I was forced to retain an attorney just to get someone to answer my calls. I was then told I couldn't receive payment for all that time I had been injured and out of work because I didn't have the doctor say the proper things(I didn't know what to tell the doctor or what to say...that's their job to explain how it works)then it took 2 more months before I got a check for temp disability. And it was 1/4 the amount it was supposed to be and they mailed it to the wrong address...and they refused to do direct deposit because they claimed having an attorney disqualified me from being able to use direct deposit....this is just the tip of the iceberg!
I pity anyone that has to deal with these people
