I have had insurance with this company for over 6 months. I was rear-ended by a driver who wasn't covered by her mom's insurance. I called my insurance, Bluefire—mind you, the accident happened on 12/27/2024 and it's about to be December 2025. I still haven't gotten my car repaired, nor have I spoken with anyone since June 2025. Please, make this make sense. What should I do? I wish I could give them a negative zero rating.

Well how about my car was covered. Wrecked 9/11/25 still saying my claim is pending when I’ve sent police report, video of the damage and pictures of the car where it is definitely totaled. Call and asked for supervisor of course no answer went to voicemail then 10 minutes later adjuster finally called saying pending…after two months.

Worst customer service ever. Get in touch with them is a nightmare. They never call or email back! All I asked was a clearance letter for my driving job. Obtaining the letter/ get in touch with the supervisor, RYAN MCRONALDS, and the adjuster, KESHUN BROWN, is literally a dead end!

The only reason a star was selected is that it was mandatory; you deserve a negative zero. My car was hit by one of their insured drivers, and they have now started telling lies, claiming there was no coverage after instructing me to take pictures and send them in, and stating that it would take 3 to 4 business days to get an estimate. These people are unbelievable, and they need to be investigated and shut down. I am waiting for the news media to pick up my story because people need to be made aware of this unacceptable excuse for an insurance company. If the person didn't have coverage, that should have been stated immediately. The so-called supervisor had the audacity to tell me to use my insurance to fix my car and that they will coordinate with them. Now, all of a sudden, the person had no coverage—this shows they are trying to escape responsibility, but it won't work... Bluefire, you will pay and be exposed.

Worst insurance. I was paying for full coverage. My car was totaled, and they didn't want to pay or help. I requested a supervisor, and "Shaun" answered, saying, "For what? Why do you need to talk to a supervisor?" which was very unprofessional. I even asked for the recordings because the way they were speaking was not okay. I tried canceling my insurance, and they said I agreed to stay with them until October. I had to remind them my car is totaled—why would I pay until October? Their argument was that I agreed until October. During the whole case of my car being totaled, they were no help. It was me versus the other insurance; I handled the whole situation because Blue Fire didn't want to help since I was canceling— not by choice, but because I had no car. Cost-U-Less is also very horrible. I signed the papers with them for the Blue Fire insurance, and they were no help at all either.

This company is a joke. If you are filing a claim, they will do everything possible to avoid paying. They do not have any preferred service providers and do not provide rental vehicles. If you need a rental, it is up to you to find and pay for the vehicle and hope to get reimbursed afterward.

This company is a joke. They are all about taking in money and finding reasons to deny any claim. All the reviews are on point. This company is a scam. The person who is supposed to be my adjuster, Atkins, would never respond to calls or emails. I spoke to the Supervisor one time, and they stopped responding. It looks like the fight is on; I'll be getting an attorney. Lord, I should have stayed with Geico. I went to these con artists for a cheap price and got straight garbage for car insurance. They get less than a zero rating from me.

Bluefire Insurance does not even get a star from me. I was hit by a truck insured by them and could never get in touch with an adjuster. The adjuster who claimed to be overseeing my case has been out for two weeks. Just to speak to Dustin, the supervisor of the adjusters, was a challenge. Each time I talked to him, he would be so rude and yell at me. I was told he has no boss over him that I could report to. In the end, he said it was my fault and would not accept liability. However, the police report states that the truck driver was at fault. He was exiting from an entrance area, taking both sides, did not yield, and hit the passenger side of my car. I can't open my front door, and the repair will cost over $9,000. Lord, I don't know how that will happen. In summary, they are horrible, and now they have blocked any email I send. I don't know how they sleep at night.

By far the worst insurance company I have dealt with, and I am only a customer because of my monthly premium. There is no point in calling the Bluefire direct number to actually talk to someone. They give you the option to speak to a live person but then prompt you to call the same number to speak to someone that you are literally on the phone with. You must call your third-party agent just to make contact with anyone from Bluefire. I have been trying to make a payment for a week now but can't even speak to a live person.

I called customer service today regarding a letter I received, which asked why it was under my name for an accident I wasn't even involved in. I can't believe that William Paxton had the nerve to scream at me when I was asking a simple question. Poor customer skills for this wacky insurance company. If they're going to treat their customers like that, I don't recommend anyone using this insurance.

This is the worst insurance I have ever dealt with! They left my car in the shop for over 3 months, accumulating over $3000 in damages. My tire came off my car while I was driving, causing a considerable amount of damage and leaving me stranded in Texas while visiting family. They jerked me around for 3 months. They wouldn't pay for the tow, a rental, or the storage of my car. I was left to pay all this money on my own after they denied my claim in the second month. I wouldn't give my dog their name nor recommend it to the ants in my yard. If it were possible to give a negative zero stars, I would. This is the worst insurance I've ever dealt with, and the people are even worse. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Terrible insurance, they barely answer the phone the agent I went through messed up my policy, and now they are trying to say it's my fault. She noted that I had a license when I clearly stated to her that I had a state I.D. Purchase plan on 1/30/2025 log into app said my insurance expired 2/28/2025 I had to get the policy fixed numerous time also when the agency stated that had a license when I told her I didn’t I had state I.d the person who’s working on my claim stated the agency act like she had no clue that I told her it’s I.d so they would have to give a call back to see can they approve my claim never got a call back I don’t understand how they can’t approve my claim if it not my fault agent put down as a license from my understanding don’t the agent supposed run I’d number to see if it’s a state id or license

This is the worst car insurance to have. Very unorganized, hardly responds back to you. I wish I had never gone to them. How do you expect me to keep paying for my car insurance when the adjuster aren’t doing their job they can't even handle my accident report? My accident was in October 2024, and I still haven't heard back from anyone from Bluefire Car Insurance. It's crazy; they have poor services, and I will definitely be changing insurance. We just filed a claim with this insurance company. They provide fraudulent phone numbers for claim adjusters. They hide behind protocol to escalate issues to a supervisor to address and follow up on the status of a claim. Adjusters do not call back, nor are they very aware of the policy declarations. Instead of asking the insurance adjusters to come out to assess the vehicle, they ask their customers to take pictures and send them in. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance and will notify my fellow state legislators about the business practices of this company.
