So far I have three major issues with this card.
1. You cant use your card at the gas pump. It is a limitation of the card.
2. The online account access is limited to one card. So if you have another card from the same company you have to create a separate account.
3. The call center automated assistant is horrible and often does not have an option for what you are looking to do.
I had this account for a while to make a long story short the card is fine, but the people and the company are horrible... any time you pay with a debit card no problem but pay with a check, and they do not cash it,, they are LAZY..., they didn't cash my first check, and after my company sent a second check which ALSO didn't get cashed, I had collection agents calling me breaking the very FDCPA collections laws they are governed by.. Stay clear from this company... Very Unprofessional...

How do I log into my Surge Credit Card account?
To log into your Surge Credit Card account, access the issuer's online banking platform. If you haven't registered your card for online banking yet, you can do it by clicking on “Register now”.
