I will never use Wex/Valero again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. My company was charged a late fee of $75 on a $2 invoice that was never received. All of our payments were on time and paid in full. Wex/Valero refused to waive the fee and said they had the right to charge so much because it was in their agreement. They are completely unreasonable and take advantage of the public.

What's Your Rating?
I have been a card customer for over 6 months.. Haven't had any issues with service. But as for using in a Circle K In Kentucky or Indiana NOPE.. The card isn't good at any of them so far. And still haven't seen any mention on my credit that i even have a card with them. I got the card as part of credit building but if it wont report then i will be canceling it.
