AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! You cannot get care out of these people to save your life. Literally, probably. They will roll the cheapest pill in the formulary at you, then deny you any other care. This is managed NON care, and KS is a master at it.

Kelsey Advantage is absolutely awful! Customer service is even worse! They somehow switched me to a different provider. I have documentation that this was a mistake, but Kelsey has been no help in switching me back. To top it off, customer service was rude. A woman named Julie was about as rude as they come. I can't wait to get off of Kelsey Care. I've had Kelsey as my provider on and off for almost 50 years. There has been a rapid decline in their care over the last few years. Corporate medicine! They do not care about the patients.

Ordered vitamins with OTC credit card from Kelsey Care. I did not receive the item because FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Contacted customer service; the driver said he delivered the item to the correct address, and he had proof with a picture of the door, without showing the apartment number. Since the driver claimed he delivered it, there was nothing Kelsey could do.

I CANNOT WAIT until I can be rid of this Advantage Plan.. I am paying more out of pocket than I have EVER paid through a health plan.. I feel deceived.. First, I was told that Doctors/Specialist that I have had for over 20 years would accept the plan.... NOT! Had to pay out of pocket and only received a small portion back.. I only decided upon hearing aids because the insurance originally agreed to pay a large portion and then denied the claim twice once submitted.. I am paying more for medication and imaging than I have ever paid on any other plane.... ALL I CAN SAY IS " BUYER BEWARE!!! Call your doctors before you sign up !! DO NOT TAKE THE WORD OF the person selling you this plan.. No problem with the physicians/specialist that Kelsey insisted that I meet with BUT, I did NOT need to switch doctors.. I was fine with the ones I had...

We have been patients for several years. We are very satisfied and wouldn't think of changing. We have no problem getting an appointment when needed. If we have a question, we can call and speak to a nurse who is well-trained and professional.
We can also reach our doctors through messaging or video visits.
We especially appreciate being able to get transportation to all our appointments. I'm so sorry for those who made the earlier reviews. Obviously, much has changed.

Kelsey is profit centered, uncaring, and just really does not care about patients. They will shuffle you around to different doctors and make appointments impossible to get with the same doctor and always make sure to collect their fees when you get to the office. Unethical bunch, stay away.

Jeffery Smith is a terrible doctor. He skips appointments and doesn’t authorize prescriptions in a timely manner for patients. His nurse has no ability to listen to people. She is void of all empathy and compassion. She also made me feel like I needed to bring a lawyer with me to appointments since she told me about rules and regulations “they must follow me”. I asked her what those things regulations were and could she vote them she refused to say anything. I told her it’s my right to know the regulations she is using against me but she offered zero ways to find that information. I’m dumping Kelsey for this reason and several other reasons in the past. The doctors are mostly subpar and don’t care about your well being. Jeffrey Smith has no idea about the well being of others or the torment he causes in his patient’s life through his thoughtless, uncaring actions.

No kidding, I got a new job coming from Aetna where I could choose virtually any doctor I wanted to Kelsey Care. I’ve never, in over a decade, had such grief obtaining 2 common prescriptions. I even recently paid my former private doctor cash just to get the meds I needed. His nurse told me I needed to see a gynecologist for birth control lol. I’ve been taking that for nearly 25 years and never had to use a gyno for that. They think they’re blowing smoke in a**es if you’re not in the medical field, but it’s common sense and I’ve got nearly 30 years’ experience on these clowns. I’m forced to pay my reliable, private doctor cash to get the decent care I need

Used to be a great program, been with them for 10 years. Has great doctors. But recently, all they do now is push pills instead of getting to the bottom of your problems. Am going back to traditional medicare.

new patient 1/1/2021. It takes a month to see an Internist @ nearby Tanglewood facility. Signed their Authorization to Transfer Medical Records form but KS included NO info on where to send the info. i had to call to get FAX number, then call my CA doctor's office -- super unprofessional. After having a complete eye exam scheduled for 3 weeks, dr. cancelled appt same day. My choice is to drive across town or re-schedule for 3 weeks -- again. KS used to have a fine reputation around town, but i have been VERY unimpressed so far.
