This company operates in bad faith. They offer a preferred contractor, but refuse to process claim for contractor to complete work. They offer a ridiculous settlement well below market rates and, when Statement of Proof of Loss is submitted, they stop responding, employ stall tactics, lose customer files, and don’t work towards settling claims, leaving homeowners with damage not repaired months after initial claim. Bad business with horrible business practices including preying on unsuspecting consumers, low balling and operating outside of statites that require settlement within 90 days and reviews within 30 days. I would not recommend to anyone.
