Penn National Insurance

My parents had Penn National for 20+ years. They filed a claim about 5 years ago for less than 5k. In summer 2022, they had a hail storm that left some roof damage. Penn National paid a claim for $3500. They received a letter at the end of January 2023 stating their insurance would be terminated at Rhe end of February 2023. Reason? The damaged roof and gutters, ALL which were repaired with the issued check. The adjuster never came back out to confirm repairs were made, but they were. My parents are 76 and 80. This was never communicated to them at any other point. Is this Penn National’s typical treatment of 20 year customers who have filed a couple of small claims?Horrible.
