Mary Dixon at State Farm in Fort Myers Florida provided me some of the best service I have had in my 35 years of having insurance policies! We have our Home policy, both of our vehicles, and jewelry insured with her. Best policies, best price, best service!
Recently I moved my uncle’s Suburban from my driveway to the neighbors driveway. But as I turned the corner into the driveway, I hit/scraped a huge landscaping rock on the step board and punctured the rear tire. I was obviously upset, didn’t know what to do so I called Mary at State Farm for her advice. And even though my policy couldn’t help, MARY DID!! She recommended a few options and even found a mechanic she trusted for me that did an excellent job and replaced the tire and fixed the sideboard the NEXT DAY for minimal cost!!! Mary was so kind, patient and helpful! She sincerely took care of me like you hope your insurance agent would!
I strongly recommend anyone that needs an insurance policy to call MARY DIXON at STATE FARM IN FORT MYERS!! She is awesome!!
