I have had nothing but problems, extra payments and rude customer service from NW Bank. I will never use them again. I am on the phone now with Trenton in car loan who is absolutely rude. They do not apply principal payments properly and do not like it when you pay ahead and early.
ATM ate money. Do not use their ATMs. The ATM rebooted in the middle of the transaction. Then horrible customer service. No one at their actual bank could do anything about it. The worst! Do NOT bank here.
Hi all! If you seek a reliable source for your credit issues, I think it's best you contact Raylink Cyber Services. My colleague mentioned about their services and how they clean up DUI report and Chexsystem. I wondered if they could actually fix my credit profile. I had a very low score of 455, some couple of bank charges and several collections. I really need this service but I barely trust the source due to some several cyber ripoff attempts on me. To my surprise, they only asked for few information about me and a payment that's worth the value. After 15days my report was sound with positive trade lines posted on it including a revolving credit card and a 790 credit score. I sincerely recommend their services to you if you require a credit fix. Feel free to contact them on [email protected] and be rest assured of an excellent result.
The Worst Bank Ever!!!! If anyone wants to provide you with this bank for financing RUN FAST!!!! You can not change your Billing date no matter how much that it is an inconvenience. You only can pay with a bank and routing number. No option for Statement to be sent, just a coupon book. ONE Star is to high for this Bank. Signed One UNSATISFYIED CUSTOMER
Worst bank ever. Online banking is an absolute joke. Opened a HELOC, within 1 year was ready to payoff. When you see a balance you assume that's the total. Nope. Make last payment for the amount, go back to your accounts page, and see a remaining interest payment. Pay that. Knowing HELOC's have an annual fee, check accounts page every couple of weeks after, only to see a balance of zero. Great. Fast forward 2 months, get 2 statements in the mail for 2 different late fee and interest payments for the annual fee. Who charges interest on an annual fee? Just spent some time on the phone with a rep in PA., good guy, agreed with me wholeheartedly that the whole system sucks. Seriously considering closing the account and paying penalty just so i don't have to deal with these people. Absolute ridiculousness. 1 star was for the low interest rate.
They actually reordered the way our check deposit went in, so that we had less money when the purchases we made went through. So we deposited $2000 but before that we had $100, and then 3 purchases for $75, $100, and $250. This bank tried to hit us with 3 overdraft fees! When I checked the next day I saw we had almost $100 less than we should've. My husband thought I wasn't keeping our bank account in check, which I always do. It lead to a HUGE fight, and then we went to the bank were the teller admitted that they do this! Her exact words were "a lot of times deposits go in last and people get charged overdraft fees." No, not happening. I got our money returned, but how many people do they do this to? Now I just deposited a $285 check in the ATM yesterday and it's listed NOWHERE on our account. Not when I call, not when I look online, it's just gone. So that will eat up a LARGE portion of my day tomorrow and Northwest isn't reimbursing me for that time. I'm done. I'm switching as soon as I track down that deposit.
I've never worked with a bank that wouldn't take my money until Northwest handled my auto loan. Their online payment system is nothing short of broken and constantly results in double payments or no payments at all, one of which reported on my credit and absolutely trashed my score. After two years of payments, they absolutely refused to work with me on having the report expunged.
They will saddle you with their mistakes and make you pay the price for it. Don't trust them with your money or your credit.
