Geat card for traveling abroad. No foreign transaction fees!! Makes so much sense if any place in the world. And their rewards are not bad.

Zero Stars. Worst customer service ever. Unfortunately I'm forced to use UBS for my companies stock plan. The website is atrocious, it's a convoluted mess to try and do anything and it looks like it was designed in 1995. When you call for support they are somehow even less helpful, referencing links that don't exist, multiple phone transfers, pointing you to paper forms, very unhelpful. I wouldn't wish this financial institution on my worst enemy, and I pull out my shares and put them somewhere else as so as possible.

Last 6 years with UBS were the worst investment company experience of my 50+ years in the market. They treat you like an ATM for unjustified fees and give poor, self-serving advise. Schwab or Vanguard are much better choices.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The worst company you could trust your money with. They have no idea what they are doing or how to handle your money. And when you need to leave.... they "lose" your forms and mess with you until you lose even more money. They have no systems in place for when their employees leave. Things get let unfinished and they don't help you. They make you do all the work until it is a year later.

Very poor customer service, very unprofessional. Watch out if you have an account here, who knows when they will decide that they don't make enough money off of you anymore, and kick you to the curb. We banked with them for over 20 years. When you have an account with them, they are supposed to verify checks over a certain amount, that didn't happen, they would run them through without verification. When fraud started to happen, 3 times in 2 years, all of a sudden we are a liability to them, and they do NOT make money off of us so they closed our account. Yes, they closed our account. All checks have cleared our account, except 4 have not cleared our account, so the bank will bounce those checks, just another example of the unprofessionalism and poor service. Then we had to hear about the new account, and how it doesn't take that long to open up an account, first of all, how would you know when you are not a true bank, secondly, it takes time to put all the accounts in place and set up exactly what we need as a company and for them to do their bank office IT work to set up the platform for us to use, plus they have to vet their customers to make sure it is a business and not a shady business. You cannot open up a business account in 30 minutes like you can with a personal account, but if they were a bank they would know that, and if they had qualified people working there they would know that too. They made money off our account for years, but we were no longer valuable to them, because they were not making enough money off of us, as Rachael stated to me, sorry but we have to feed our families too, but not sorry...WOW!!! Then when they did call to verify a check, or checks that we had, the attitude was unbelievable. It was stated by Rachael that this takes so much of her time, ugh and her 20 sighs every conversation, poor me, and that is your job....Get over it! If you don't like your job, then find something else, but loose the attitude! Then we asked Nena, her boss, for the wiring instructions to send money to the new account, and she as the manager couldn't answer and give us the information. She said, "Rachael knows that better than I do, I will have her send you the wiring information." What? You are her boss and management, and you don't know this and have this available - again Unprofessional. They want to get rid of us and our account, but can't help either. They cleared a check that was washed, and didn't verify it, when it was made to a person, not typical for our business, but it was also signed by a dead US President. Not to mention that they don't answer the phone, takes several phone calls, best to email them because you don't know if they are working in the office or from home. Went to do a deposit, and you have to slide the deposit under the door and call on the phone to someone inside to get your deposit, while you stand outside the door to wait for your deposit slip. What?!?! That is beyond ridiculous! Rachael, Nina and Mrs. Paine are the most unprofessional people I have encountered in banking, and UBS should be embarrassed to have them on staff. Greed is a horrible thing and it will get you every time. I would RUN from them, take your business else where with more qualified and professional people.

They completely ripped off my step-dad. He recently had a big win with some Biogen stock. He never buys or sells stock. He's had it for years. They charged him over $565 to sell his $27,959 in Biogen stock. The transaction took about 3 minutes. There is nothing more than the word CROOKs that comes to mind. Insane when other firms are doing basic trades for free. This will catch up to them. Living in the stone ages of fees get you one thing: Out of Business.

The customer service is terrible. I needed a document for a mortgage that I had recently paid off in order to close. Customer service said they had one week to respond and I was only offered the phone number to an attorney they use. No sense of helping even though I have used UBS for other purposes and have accounts with them. It was poor and it will cost me $1,500 to do what should have been free. If you can get a similar rate elsewhere, do not come here.

No integration with Mint which is table stakes for me. Also, website experience is something out of 1996. Needs some serious tech improvements.

The cash back seems to more than have paid for the annual fee you do pay for this card. I also like the weight of the metal card......

I wish I was able to give them zero star . Horrible experience with the customer service. Untrained customer services. Called 4 times for resolving the issue that originally was made by one of the untrained employee , each time got different answers also I was told that the problem was resolved, which was lie. Resulting 130 points down on my perfect credit score because of their mistake.

not a good experience. David Hanson, an advisor in FL, attempted to defraud me and steal proprietary information. Poor experience with a poor financial advisor

Advantage for air travel. You can earn three point per dollar if you purchase air tickets directly from the airlines. Also you will get $900 worth of air ticket value for 50,000 points. You also earn two points on gas and grocery purchase.

$900 air ticket for 50k points is solid value. Excellent for travelers. Links to brokerage account nicely.

I have used UBS for my savings account for almost 10 years. What I can't get over is how well this humongous bank really provides personalized service. Even though I'm not wealthy, UBS treats me as if I am. I have a personal point of contact within the bank who helps me make decisions about my money. The savings I have with UBS feels secure to me. I also appreciate how strong their online security is. It may seem daunting to start out, however once I learned how to use it, I began to wonder if my money in other banks are as safe as with UBS. I also like how UBS sends out newsletters with special promotions just for customers. It really makes you feel like you are valued.
