You can check your American Express Serve balance by logging in to your online account. You can view your balance on your home page.

You can also view your balance using the American Express Serve mobile app. You can set up the Quick Balance feature in the app, by going to Settings > Quick Balance, and toggling the switch on. After that, your balance will be visible when you swipe the dollar sign at the bottom of the screen to the right.
