To close a deceased person's Chime account, you need to contact Chime's customer service department either by phone at (844) 244-6363 or by email. You will receive details regarding the information you'll need to provide to transfer the funds to the beneficiary and close the account.
The information varies from state to state, but in general you'll need to provide contact information and an ID for the beneficiary, and details about the executor of the estate.
