You can file a dispute with Telco Community Credit Union by contacting them over the phone at (828) 252-6458 or by visiting a branch.
Provide details about the issue (e.g., unauthorized transaction, billing error, or services not rendered). Also, have relevant information ready, such as your account number, dates, and any supporting documents (e.g., receipts, statements, or correspondence). You may need to sign a "Cardholder Dispute Form" and return it to any Telco employee.
Remember to file your dispute within 90 days of the transaction date. If you have any questions or need further assistance, Telco Community Credit Union's customer service can guide you through the process.
