How do I change my address with Direct Express?

You can change your address with Direct Express by calling the toll free customer service department number at (888) 741-1115. Note that you will need to separately notify the federal paying agency about your new address, as Direct Express will not provide this information to any other institution.

You call direct express, that's what I did. You have to tell them your old address and your new address to where you want it to go.
