To freeze your Pathward prepaid card, the process depends on the specific card program. Pathward issues many prepaid cards but does not directly manage most cardholder accounts.
Check the back of your card or log in to the program’s mobile app or website to find the customer service phone number. Call that number and tell them you want to freeze or lock your card for security.
