How can I transfer money from my Direct Express to another person's Wells Fargo account?

Unfortunately, you cannot directly transfer money from Direct Express® Prepaid Debit Mastercard® to another person’s Wells Fargo account. Direct Express only allows transfers to a bank account that you personally own.
