You can add an authorized user to your BJ's Credit Card when applying for the card. You can also do it after you’re approved, by calling (844) 202-9570 (or the number on the back of your card). You can have up to 4 authorized users on your account and there is no age requirement for adding one.
To add an authorized user on your account, you’ll have to provide their name, date of birth and Social Security Number (SSN).
Just keep in mind that an authorized user is not responsible for making payments. Also, the information reported to the credit bureaus by the card will affect the user's credit history, as well.

I just recently was able to do this, but the agent did not ask me for an SSN number. And I asked her if that was correct for it to not be asked, and was assured.
