There is an Amazon Store Card app called Amazon Store Card by Synchrony. It's for iOS and Android, so you can check everything there. Here's the Amazon Store Card app page for Android. And this is the iOS page.

The Amazon app won't show anything about credit cards, but they do show gift cards, as far as I remember.
