It should take 5-10 business days to get the Atlas Credit Card once it is ordered. If it’s been more than that and your card hasn’t arrived, then contact customer support. They’ll be able to send a replacement if the original got lost on the way.
Note that you may not receive a physical card automatically upon approval. In order to qualify, you may have to become a payroll user, or upgrade to an annual membership. Contact customer support after approval to see what your options are for receiving a physical Atlas Credit Card.
