No, you cannot get a Chase Sapphire bonus twice. If you get the bonus of 125,000 points for spending $6,000 in the first 3 months from the Chase Sapphire Reserve® card, you may not be eligible for another initial bonus from any Sapphire card if you currently have a Sapphire card or have previously received a bonus for it. The same applies if you get the bonus of 75,000 points for spending $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card. This policy is to prevent people from abusing the system and “churning” to get bonuses over and over again.
If you’re debating which Chase Sapphire bonus to go after, remember Chase Sapphire Reserve’s annual fee is $795 while Chase Sapphire Preferred’s fee is $95. So, if you’re a big spender who wants to get the best value for travel, go with Chase Sapphire Reserve. If you’re more concerned with minimizing your yearly costs, go with Chase Sapphire Preferred. The points are worth 1 cent each toward travel for both cards.

You can no longer get the bonus twice. Chase changed it to once in a lifetime, and no longer after 48 months
