No, you generally cannot have two credit cards with the same number, as each card issued by a bank has a unique number for security and transaction processing. Even replacement cards for lost or stolen ones come with a different number. Some issuers may allow you to have two of the same cards, though even then the cards won’t be identical.
An exception occurs when you add an authorized user to your credit card account. The authorized user's card can share the same number as the primary cardholder’s, since both cards access the same account. This setup allows both users to make purchases while keeping account management streamlined.
