Yes, you can use Chase points for restaurants, but the options are limited. For example, Chase Dining through the Ultimate Rewards portal lets you redeem points for dining experiences at select restaurants. However, this program will end on October 26, 2025. Even after that, there are still a few ways you can use your points to cover restaurant spending.
Ways to Use Chase Points for Restaurants
- Ultimate Rewards Portal: Eligible Chase cardholders (Ink, Freedom, Sapphire) can use their points for takeout, reservations or exclusive culinary experiences through the Ultimate Rewards portal while the Chase Dining program is active.
- Statement Credit: You can redeem points at a fixed rate of 1 cent each as a statement credit.
- Pay Yourself Back: With certain cards (Ink, Freedom, Sapphire), Chase allows cardholders to receive a statement credit on certain purchases. Note that the purchases eligible for this feature may change from time to time.
