To cancel a Marriott Bonvoy Bevy Card, call customer service at 1-800-492-3344 or log in to the American Express website and use the "Chat" icon at the bottom of the page to connect to a customer service representative. Cardholders can also cancel an account by mail.
Be aware that if there’s a balance remaining on the canceled account, you are still required to make at least the minimum payment every month until the balance is paid in full. In addition, canceling your card will forfeit any unused rewards if you don't redeem them within 90 days after you close the account. You will also need to update the payment method for any recurring charges linked to your Marriott Bonvoy Bevy Card.
