The Capital One credit card customer service hours are 24/7 for automated support and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST for a human representative. You can reach Capital One customer service online or by calling the number you see on the back of your card. You can also contact the relevant credit card support department directly, depending on your specific needs.
How to Contact Capital One Credit Card Customer Service
- Online: Capital One does not offer live chat with human agents, but you can use Eno, Capital One's automated virtual assistant. To activate Eno, just log in to your online account or mobile app, confirm your consent and select "Save". Eno is also available 24/7.
- Over the phone: To speak with a human representative, call Capital One at the number you see on the back of your card. Then, enter your card number and follow the menu options. Representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST. If no representatives are available or if you need assistance outside of these hours, you can use Capital One's automated phone support for general inquiries or account management.
You can also check the Capital One website for additional resources, FAQs, and self-service options that may help resolve your concern without the need to contact support directly.

No I don't know what you are smoking but the Twitter provides zero customer service whatsoever and that might be better than the service over the phone, which is condescending and ignorant and often threatens customers with hanging up the phone if they are interrupted during one of their long winded explanations about service that they will admit that they don't have the terms and conditions in front of them.
