The credit limit on a Capital One secured credit card is $200 or higher. The Capital One Quicksilver Secured Card's limit is equal to your deposit (which must be $200+), while the Capital One Platinum Secured Card has a limit of at least $200 and requires a deposit of $49, $99 or $200, depending on your credit standing.

You can choose to deposit more than the minimum to receive a higher starting credit limit on either of the two secured cards that Capital One currently offers. Plus, Capital One may eventually upgrade your account to an unsecured card if you use it responsibly.
