A credit score of 640 or higher is needed to get a Comenity Bank credit card. Some Comenity credit cards require a credit score of 700 or better, though. In other words, applicants need at least fair or good credit, depending on the card.
Comenity credit cards are known for being easy to get. Most Comenity Bank credit cards are store cards, meaning you can only use them at whatever retailer they’re tied to, and most of them only require fair credit for approval. There are exceptions, however, such as the co-branded cards that can be used wherever Visa or Mastercard is accepted. They require at least good credit.

The minimum credit score needed for a Comenity Bank credit card varies by card. Applicants who have a good credit score (i.e. a credit score of 700+) can get approved for most Comenity Bank credit cards, while a fair credit score (i.e. a credit score of 640+) is enough for others.

Incorrect: If you have a credit score 640 or higher you'll get a higher credit limit with comenity bank card. But, they do give approvals on some stores with a credit score as low as 540+ and it all depends on whats on your credit. Haband, game stop, catherines, lane bryant and more I know for a fact that a low score can get you approved & again it depends on what's on your credit.
