If you haven't received your Old Navy Credit Card statement, make sure the issuer has your current address. You can confirm that by calling customer service at (866) 928-8598.
Usually, if you're not getting your credit card statements, it's either because the issuer has the wrong info, or you opted in for paperless billing and will get them by email. You can also check your Old Navy Credit Card statements from your online account, or in the app.
