You could get most of the Fedex credit cards even with a bad credit score. And for the Fedex Secured VISA, you don’t need to have a credit history in order to get approved.
The FedEx Employees Credit Association will also take other factors into consideration when looking at your application, such as your debt-to-income ratio and credit history.
Keep in mind that you need a FedEx Employees Credit Association membership to apply for their credit cards, and an application will result in a hard pull on your credit. This may lower your credit score for a short period of time.
