Mobile app info, regarding access, is incorrect. If you attempt to log in to your account through the Synchrony mobile app, it gives an error message saying that the login details are not recognized. Upon navigating through the app to the settings page and choosing the option to 'find your account', the option for Harbor Freight will be listed in a dropdown list of retail stores and websites. When that option is chosen, you are redirected to the Synchrony website for Harbor Freight through an in-app mobile browser (that seldom ever loads). Occasionally, a message is shown that basically explains that in-app log-in capabilities, for this specific store credit card, have not been set up yet. Currently, the only ways to check your balance are either by logging into the Synchrony website through a web browser, or by calling the number listed on the back of the physical card.
