You can log in to your Home Depot® Credit Card account by going to the login page on the Citibank website and entering your username and password in the appropriate fields. Then, click the “Sign On” to access your online account.
How to Register for Online Access on your Home Depot® Credit Card Account
- Register your Home Depot® Credit Card for online account access. Click “Get Started” and enter your card number to verify your credit card account.
- Choose your Home Depot® Credit Card username and password. The username must be between 5 and 50 characters, including (specific or certain) special characters, and no spaces. The password must contain from 8 to 64 characters and have at least one uppercase letter, one number, one lowercase letter, be different from your User ID, have no spaces, no digital images or icons, and no more than two consecutive identical characters. The password is case sensitive and must contain at least one special character.
- Log in with your new Home Depot® Credit Card credentials. From the login page on the Citibank website , fill out the User ID and Password fields using your new credentials, and click “Sign On” to access your account.
After you have signed up and logged in, you’ll be able to manage your Home Depot® Credit Card account online. You can pay your credit card bill, see credit card statements, monitor account activity, and change account information such as passwords and automatic payments.
In case you forget your login information, you can click “Forgot User ID or Password” on the Citibank login page and follow the prompts to reset or retrieve your username or password.
