To check if your Credit One Platinum Card payment went through, try one of the following:
- Confirmation Email: According to customer service, Credit One sends a confirmation email after a payment is submitted successfully. If you didn’t get one, be sure to check your spam folder.
- Check Your Bank Account: If you paid with a debit card or a bank account, you might see a pending charge. That’s usually a good sign that the transaction is in motion.
- Check the "Posted Activity" Section: Log in to your online account and head to the "Overview" page. Once your payment is fully processed, it will appear under the “Posted Activity” section.
If you're still unsure, it’s best to call Credit One customer service at (877) 825-3242 to confirm the payment was properly submitted. This can help avoid any late fees or surprises later.
