The easiest way to unlock your Chase credit card is either online or through the mobile app. Alternatively, you can unlock your credit card by calling customer service at (800) 432-3117.
How to Unlock Your Chase Credit Card Online
- Log in to your online account and select the Chase credit card you want to unlock.
- Click on “Account Services,” then choose “Lock and Unlock Your Card.”
- Change the settings so that your credit card is in the unlocked status.
As soon as you unlock your Chase credit card, you will be able to use it for new purchases, cash advances, and balance transfers.
