Tips for Mailing J.Jill Credit Card Payments
- Include your credit card number on your payment to avoid any processing delays.
- Send only one check or money order per billing statement.
- Allow enough time for Comenity to receive your payment on or before the due date, or it will be considered late.
- Send your payment via overnight mail, if necessary.
Mailed payments take the longest to process of all the available credit card payment methods. Alternatively, you can submit a payment from your online account or by calling customer service. You can learn more about how to pay your credit card bill here on WalletHub.
