If you overpay your Kohl's Credit Card, your account’s balance will go negative.
That means that the card company owes you money, rather than you owing the card company money.
The easiest thing to do is to just continue using your Kohl's Credit Card. Your future purchases will be applied to the negative balance you’ve built up.
Alternatively, you can ask for a Kohl's Credit Card credit balance refund. You can either contact customer service by calling the number on the back of your card, or send written notice to request a refund check for the amount overpaid. The address is:

If you don't use up the credit, they will supposedly refund you the money. My statement says they did a credit balance refund, but I have yet to see the money returned. Maybe I should charge Kohl's a late fee. It's been almost 30 days and still no money or check from Kohl's. Not good.
