You can pay your Kroger Credit Card bill online, through the Kroger Credit Card mobile app, or over the phone at (844) 237-0593. Alternatively, you can also make a payment by mail, at a branch, or through Money Services at Kroger.
Ways to Make a Kroger Credit Card Payment
- By phone: Call (844) 237-0593 and enter your card information. Then, follow the automated prompts to make a payment.
- Online: Log in to your online account and click on “Bill Payments” and select “Pay My account.” In case you haven’t already, you’ll have to enroll for online and mobile banking.
- Through the mobile app: Download the mobile app and log in to your account. Then, tap the “Transfer Deposit and Pay” tab, followed by the “Pay Bills” option.
- Money Services: Money Services is offered at Kroger-owned stores, including Fred Meyer, QFC, Fry’s, Ralphs, Dillon’s, City Market, Baker’s, and Smith’s, to name a few. You can pay your Kroger Credit Card credit card bill with cash or a debit card when you bring your bill stub and account number. Payments for credit cards will be charged a fee (prices vary by location).
- By mail: Send your payment to the following address:
U.S. Bank National Association
Cardmember Service
P.O. Box 790408
St. Louis, MO 63179-0408
Make sure to send your check or money order (but not cash) early enough that it will arrive by the due date. Write your credit card number on the check, too.
Ultimately, it is worth noting that the issuer allows Kroger Credit Card cardholders to set up automatic payments, too.
