To remove an authorized user from your Credit One Platinum card, call customer service at (877) 825-3242 and speak to a representative. Before continuing with the request, Credit One will request some information to verify your identity.
After processing your request, the customer service representative will confirm that the authorized user has been successfully removed from your account. They may also provide you with any relevant information regarding the process and any potential impact on the account. If the authorized was issued a separate card linked to your account, make sure to securely destroy it once they have been removed.
