Yes, Total Visa reports credit activity to all three major credit card bureaus (Transunion, Equifax and Experian). As long as you keep your Total Visa account in good standing and maintain your credit utilization below 30%, this card will allow you to rebuild your credit. You can also check out WalletHub's Total Visa review to figure out if it's the right choice for you.
When applying for the Total Visa, a hard inquiry will be triggered and your credit report will be pulled from either one or more of the three major credit card bureaus.

Scamsssssssss. My initial fees was $89, in which I’ve paid. When I received my card, it was an additional charge of $75, I asked to closed my account immediately once I noticed that. 2 months later, I get a bill from them stating that I had a balance plus late fees when I’ve never used the card. Long story short, they never refunded my account starting fee’s and I ended up paying them and additional $29 bucks so that it wouldn’t get reported on my credit, completely disaster. I spoke to the rep and his supervisor and informed them that if I had to pay that fees, I would made this matter aware all over the internet, the supervisor basically said she didn’t care.
