No, you cannot track the delivery of your new Credit One Bank® Platinum X5. According to Credit One’s customer service, you will receive an email on the shipment date, which includes an estimated delivery date for your card. However, tracking information is not provided to monitor its transit status.
After approval, it should take no more than 10 business days to receive your card. Expedited shipping is not available for new cards, so this timeframe is the only option at the moment. Contact customer service at (877) 825-3242 if it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your card.
