No, you can’t use your Upgrade Cash Rewards Card instantly after approval, but you can still use the card before it arrives in the mail. More specifically, you'll receive a virtual card number after approval, but that can take 1-4 business days. You can log in to your online account, or use the Upgrade mobile app (available for iOS and Android) to collect your virtual card information and use it for purchases until your actual card arrives.
The physical Upgrade Cash Rewards Card will be delivered to you at the address on file in 7-10 business days after approval. Contact customer service (844) 319-3909 if it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your card.
