To log in to your USAA credit card account, go to the login page on the USAA website or mobile app and enter your username and password in the appropriate fields. Then, click the “Log On” to access your online account. If you don’t already have an account, you will need to start by clicking “Register For Access” in order to set up a username and password.
How to Log in to a USAA Credit Card Account
- Register your USAA credit card for online account access. Click “Register For Access” and enter your USAA number or Social Security number to verify your credit card account.
- Choose your USAA username and password. The username must be at least 5 characters, including special characters, and no spaces. The password must contain at least 8 characters and have at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number. It can’t start with an uppercase letter or end with a number. The password is case sensitive and may contain special characters.
- Log in with your new USAA credentials. From the login page on the USAA website or mobile app, fill out the Online ID, Password and PIN fields using your new credentials, then click “Log On” to access your account.
After you have signed up and logged in, you’ll be able to manage your USAA credit card account online. You can pay your credit card bill, see credit card statements, monitor account activity, and change account information such as passwords and automatic payments.
If you forget your login information, click “I need help logging on” on the USAA login page. Then, follow the prompts to reset or retrieve your username or password.
