No, you cannot use your Chevron and Texaco Gas Card at Walmart. You cannot use the card at a Walmart gas station, either. You can only use the Chevron and Texaco Gas Card at Chevron and Texaco gas stations for fuel and in-store purchases.
That being said, it’s worth noting that Chevron and Texaco also has a different card on the Visa network. Because it’s backed by one of the major payment networks, the Chevron and Texaco Credit Card can be used pretty much everywhere credit cards are accepted, including Walmart.
