Yes, you can use your Ulta Credit Card instantly after approval, but only for in-store purchases at Ulta Beauty. For online purchases at Ulta Beauty, and for all other kind of purchases, you will have to wait 7-10 business days to receive your card.

The Ulta Store Card can also be used instantly after approval, but only for in-store purchases at Ulta Beauty.
