I have to revise my previous comment. I spoke with AAA. Our usage of the services was not the issue for non renewal. They are having to tighten their market according to service availablility post Covid, fewer towing service centers, for instance. Sad.
We have used AAA for many years, 10+. The other day we got a notice that they will not renew because we have used it too much. The idea behind offering a set number of tows, lockout services, etc is that it is acceptable when you pay the fee to use those when needed. So now they are fraudulent. Consumers cannot trust that the terms are true. Buyer beware.
