I am disappointed and discussed with AAA. I waited 51/2 hours for roadside assistance. Completely unacceptable. They pushed it off in the service provider. That is not who I am paying!!! Renewing my membership? Profanity, No!!
@johnaaboud1: Completely agree. I don't where their times are coming from. My daughter and I have had no shows and over 4-8 hour waits. Both in a metropolitan city and in a small town.
This is so not true. My wife was stuck on the side of a major highway in Texas waiting on AAA for 4+ Hours and they never came. They called and said they would be there in 30 minutes and they just never showed. I had to drive 160 miles and I got there before AAA. And the reason I drove to her was my brother in Alabama was stuck on the side of the road in Tuscaloosa Alabama waiting on AAA for OVER 11 hours. His wife eventually picked him up and they left his car there. AAA never came. I have had AAA for over 20 years, and when I needed them, they were not there for me. So I don't know where these times come from, but if you got them from the services themselves, I would not trust them one bit.
