- Online: Sign into your online account. The number of points you have will be listed on the right side, just below your name.
- Amtrak mobile app: The number of points you have will be listed on the top-right side of the screen, below your name.
- By phone: If you have any questions about your points balance, you can call Amtrak Rewards at (800) 307-5000.
In addition, if you want to earn more points, you can do so by using the Amtrak Credit Card with No Annual Fee or the Amtrak Credit Card.

Amtrak points expire after 24 months of account inactivity, or if your account is closed. To prevent your Amtrak Guest Rewards points from expiring, be sure to earn or redeem points frequently and use any unredeemed rewards before closing your account. However, if you are an Amtrak credit card holder, your points will not expire as long as your card account remains open
